What Causes Large Painful Lumps Under Armpit And Breast Leakage?

I have two large painful lumps under my right armpit. I am 34 yrs old/female. My breast produce a clear/sometimes milky fluid (I am not pregnant) the breast leakage has been going on for a few years. My Dr ordered a mammogram. The results were clear, however the Dr said I had very dense breast tissue and did have a hard time reading my results. These lumps are painful and do move a little, but I have had them appear (on same underarm) on a few different occasions, but never this large or painful. Just for further information for you, I have had 1 live birth, a healthy 11 yr old and 2 miscarriages.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having chronic infection in your breast leading to enlarged painful axillary lymph nodes.
You require proper diagnosis of lumps having in the breast.
Go for regular check up and mammogram.
Consult surgeon and discuss about this.
Ok and take care.
