General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Thanks for writing, i have gone through your query.

Within 4 hours of taking the second medicine (misoprostol), many women have vaginal bleeding and cramping, and the pregnancy is terminated. Most pregnancies end within the first 24 hours after the misoprostol dose. If not, then typically a second dose of misoprostol is given.

As i have not examined you, i can not suggest here to consume the second dose of misoprostol. I would suggest you to wait for 24 hours and if there is no bleeding see OBG specialist for further help.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
I find this answer helpful
