We get energy from diet.
For being healthy we have to take proper healthy and balanced diet. Otherwise the body can't get proper energy, in that situation body try to maintain optimum energy supply from its own by breakdown body tissue, and become lean and thin.
I think your condition is like that. For overcome from this situation you should take optimum food per day.
To increase the appetite you can try
meditation, take proper sleep, eat fresh vegetables and fruits it will increase your appetite.
There are some medication like
omeprazole, and
domperidone are used in treatment of loss of appetite, you can try these.
If no improvement found then make a visit to your doctor.
