Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your clinical history is concerned please let me clarify your doubts in point wise-:

1)you have kneed joint pain and in my opinion i may advise you to do a CBC with differential. Do a uric acid test and do a physical examination by your local doctor.

2)You have hugging around chest area so in my opinion i want to know you have pain radiates to your left hand? Do you have chest pain? Do you have shortness of breath?if yes then do one ECG to ruled out any cardiac disorders present or not.

3)you have written tingling in your hand and feet and in my opinion i want to say that for it you can take vitamin B-12 injection twice weekly up to one month then once a month. Check your fasting blood sugar level.

4)You have written that drinking water go through and seem to settle around the waist area and feels like a burning sensation and according to me by taking medications is not the permanent solution for it you need to do an endoscopy and make an appointment with your gastroenterologist for a detailed clinical examination.

5)You have mentioned about MS it means multiple sclerosis you may find following signs and symptoms in MS as below-:

(a)numbness or weakness in one or more limbs that typically occures on one side of your body at a time or legs and trunk

(b)partial or complete loss of vision, usually in one eye at a time, often with pain during eye movement

(c)double vision or blurring of vision

(d)tingling or pain in parts of your body

(e)electric -shock sensations that occur with certain neck movements, especially bending the neck forward

(f)tremor

(g)slurred speech

(i)fatigue, dizziness, bowel and urinal problems etc

These are most common day to day signs present in a patient with MS so do check it carefully if anyone present then do an MRI scan and clear doubts.

Hope you got all points and if you need any further help do not hesitate to ask me again.

Thanks
