What Causes Kidney Shrinkage Along With Irregular And Green Periods?

Hi, I am 25 and married. I am 5.7 and my weight is 111kg. My prolactin was high 2 years back and was on dronis 30 for 6 months and then my prolactin got normal. I suddenly started having irregular periods from las 6 to 7 months, i had periods for almost 1 and a half month, then my doctor gave me some medicines to stop bleeding and was ok later but my periods stopped for 3 months again. now again I am down but the color of my blood changes from red, when I went to pee I noticed that it was red and later after few hous when again I went to pee the color changed from red to green. I few months back got diagnosed that the size of my left kidney shrinked automatically. Please suggest

Hello,

You may need to check prolactin levels again and also do an MRI to check for prolactinoma. Also, you need to check kidney function and blood vessels of the kidneys.
