General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Stiffness and pain of the fingers may be related to arthritis.

There are different types of arthritis such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.

Imaging of the joint and blood tests would be needed. The blood tests are mainly for the rheumatoid not the osteoarthritis.
The xrays would be to look for any changes.

Since you are tired, a complete blood count would also be needed to rule out anemia.

I hope this helps
