General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear,
I understand your concerns.
As per your description it seems that you are suffering from" poly articular arthritis " ( arthritis affecting more than three joints)
Stiffness and skin bumps increases the probability of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
If I were your treating physician I would do a detailed examination and investigations to arrive at a correct diagnosis. We would take an X-ray of your joints.A joint aspiration study (inserting a needle in to your joint space and aspiration of fluid for cytological examination). We would also do some blood investigation like basic profiles like CBC and ESR.To confirm rheumatoid arthritis we would do two special tests which are RF(rhematoid factor) assay and antiCCP test.
The other forms of joint diseases should be ruled out before commencing treatment.
I suggest you to consult a rheumatologist for detailed evaluation. If you can not find a rheumatologist , please visit a general physician.
As of now you can use simple analgesics like diclofenac for pain.Hot compresses and stretching exercises would be helpful.
Hope this information helps.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.
