What Causes Joint Pain And Rash On The Back Of Knees?
I over exerted myself at the beach. The next day my wrists,ankles and knees became so painful I could barely walk. I also have a rash on the back of my ankles. I m drinking lots of water and elevating my feet. Should I be concerned about something serious?

Discussion;- such symptoms could be due to arthritis changes, and it could be just co-incidence that you went on beach and it start manifesting.
medication:- Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg Diclofenac 50 mg once in day.
Advise:- Have some rest and get done the routine blood test.
Comments:- You have not mentioned your age and gender else something else could have been thought accordingly.
