What Causes Joint Pain And Headache?
I have an elevated ANA and have chronic joint pain and discomfort. I haven t figured out the triggers but it seems to be worsening. Other symptoms headache 5 days a week, tired, hard to concentrate. My activity level has decreased over the last few years by 60%. 52 year old female.

Elevated ANA, Joint pain, Tiredness are all indicative of autoimmune disease like SLE, Rheumatoid arthritis, temporal arteritis etc. Since you are also complaining of a persistent headache Temporal arteritis is a major concern.
Physical examination and investigations assessing blood autoantibody levels, inflammation markers are needed at this point.
