What Causes Jerking Sensation In The Legs And Arms?

My legs and especially my feet are jerking and I have no control of them. My arms do a little but I have noticed that things just fall or slips out from my fingers. Also I find my body always leans to the right almost causing me to fall from the bed. My fingers go numb at times. I was told that there could be 10-25 reasons for this. My email is YYYY@YYYY . Trully, there may be many different medical conditions that may give you such a presentation.Possible causes may include:
-Peripheral neuropathy
-Diabetic neuropathy
-Neurologic problems like stroke, MS, Parkinson's disease
-Ionic imbalances like low caclcium, magnesium...
-Vitamin defficiency
-Liver/kidney disorders
-And others
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigation.Tests that may help identify the cause of your symptoms may include: full blood count, ESR, serum electrolytes, liver and kidney function tests, ECG, brain CT Scan and others.In the meantime, i will advise you try the following:
*Rest well
*Eat well and healthy with enough vegetables
*Remain active
Your Doctor will take care of the rest after investigations and if need be, the opinion of a Neurologist will be very important.
