What Causes Jammed/senseless Feeling In Legs And Hands?

Sir, when I have sat in a position for somewhile, i have got jammed/senseless in legs/hands.This happens frequently. So, please kindly help me in this regard. What are the causes? , How should be cured? , what is the treatment/diet should be started?

I would recommend you to get serum B 12 estimation, and serum calcium level and ESR. This will give us idea about cause of this stiffness, or also according to that I can suggest you treatment. I would also suggest you to take warm water bath and Brufen tablet for pain relief.
