What Causes Itchy Skin All Over Body?

My skin is going crazy. I am a science teacher and I know that the skin is the largest organ in your body. So I am very concerned about what is happening. My skin under my ear lobes and between the lobes of my nose is cracked and oozing. My lips are also very chapped- to the point that they are peeling. I also have patches of red scaly skin around my eyes, under my chin, and on my neck. What might be the cause?

Hi

You seem to have developed a generalised skin eczema.
Such a skin eczema can occur due to many cause like allergy or sun induced or due to reaction to medicines or other agents.
You surely need to be seen by a dermatologist so as to find out the exact cause of this eczema.
For the time being.. you can take some oral antihistamines like levocetrizine once daily at night to relieve the itching.
