What Causes Itchy Scalp And Rashes All Over The Body?
I started with itchy scalp Feb. 2017, then Nov. 2017 all over body rash, was diagnosed with SD but they thought the body rash was an allergic reaction. Well it s back. Along with terrible heartburn (which I very rarely had) and as soon as I eat w/in a half hour after I have explosive diahrea not once but several times, I also have a funky cough.

As far as my knowledge you may have fungal infection.
Check for your immune status. As immuno-compromised state may cause this. Consult a dermatologist. Anti-fungal drugs and tab. Cetrizine at bed time may help you.
