What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On The Armpit?

i have itching, red, bumps on one of my armpits. i recently washed an scrubbed the area with soapy warm to hot water. i receieved these symptoms after i recently cut myself on a razor.. or so i believe thats why my armpit is like this.. should i get it checked out.

Itchy red bumps could be due to hair follicle infection.
Rough shaving increase the chance of the infection.
You can meet primary care physician for examination to confirm the diagnosis.
Apply mupirocin cream
Apply benadryl cream
Apply warm pad application
Take hot water bath
Maintain proper hygiene and use new razor with proper care.
