i have itchy red bumps in the back of my throat an di don tknow what they are im sorta scared about it cause ive had them before but not like this there are a lot of bumps and the ones behind the uvala is itchy and i got tested last time i got those and i hace no strep thraot so would you happen to know how to treat it and get away and what it is?
Bumps may be due to viral pharyngitis or granular pharyngitis or location erythema etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks, use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625mg twice a day for five days.
If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
