Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Bumps may be due to viral pharyngitis or granular pharyngitis or location erythema etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks, use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625mg twice a day for five days.

If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
