I have a itchy rash underneath my pubic hair at the start of the base of my penis shaft and slightly to the side of it I have had an itch there before but the rash was smaller Then it seemed to go away I do scratch it a lot and didn t notice the rash before

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. As this is a recurrent episode one common reason could be due to allergy. For this you can take cetirizine tablet 10 mg at night daily. Other causes could be due to unhygienic surroundings, STD infections. If it is not severe, start taking the above medication and see if it subsides. If it is severe or associated with any discharge meet your physician, as you may need antibiotics.
