What Causes Itchy Rashes All Over The Body?

My sister has broke out in bumps and rashes for about a month and it cause her to itch constantly and she says it burns. These rashes and bumps are all over. We have no t changed the detergent or anything,we have read and researched and nothing. We have used creams and medications but nothing. It really worries me and we need an answer ASAP it bothers her to the point that she cries and itches until she bleeds please help!

Thanks for the query..

It is looking like either allergic reaction or can also be due to Mite infestation causing Scabies..

I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests and microscopic examination of the scrapings from bumps can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case if it is an allergic reaction anti allergics like Allegra or benadryl, steroids and also injection of steroid for faster resolution along with steroid ointment and cool compresses over red bumps can help..

In case of Scabies oral Ivermectin and topical Premethrin lotion can help in relief..
