What Causes Itchy Rash On Neck, Red Spots On Abdomen And Joints Pain?
We had an accident the condom broke when having vaginal with a new partner 6 weeks ago, 48 hours I developed a very itchy rash on my neck and is still present, few joint paints, no fever, con other sintomas, few red small spots in my abdomen itchy as well, I am extremely stress out with court and moving so can you tell me if is a sign of HIV infection?

From your history and description, the symptoms do not suggest a HIV infection.
However, if you are very stressed out, please get a blood test done to rule out HIV. You could get an ELISA test for HIV 1 and 2.
