Hi ,i have been experiencing a lot of changes in my vagina ,i have a very bad itchy rash on my vagina and the sides of my anus ,sometimes i have sore cracks between my vagina and anus ,i sometimes experience vaginal bleeding a week before my period and a icthy clitories ,what does this mean

Itching on vagina and around wth cracks is fungal apply miconazole cream locally and one tsb of fluconazole 150 mg daily bleeding one week earlier than ecpected is dysfuntional have ultrascan done to rule out other causes like fibroid polyps erosions carcinomas eetc
