Hi,
As per your description there is most likely possibility of allergic rashes, though rare possibility of fungal infection is there.
I want to know -
1) Your age.
2) Any past allergies.
3) More about description of rashes.
4) Presence of diabetes or family history of diabetes.
5) Any medicines if going on.
6) Recent exposure to new environment, new food, excessive sweating.

I would like to advise you to consult dermatologist.
Medicines like antihistaminics (cetrizine/avil) may be helpful.
I find this answer helpful
