What Causes Itchy Blisters On The Upper Arm?
I have pain in my shoulder into my shoulder blade, also have a cluster of blister like bumps on my upper arm that burn and itch. My hand is so bad with itching blisters and burning pain. From my shoulder blade to my hand it feels like it s on fire, constint burning sensation

As per your description, you got Herpes zoster infection. Go to your doctor and consult otherwise you will get Herpetic Neuralgia.
Apply Acyclovir cream Tab. Brufen you didn't mention age and weight can't calculate dose.
