What Causes Itchy Blisters On The Skin?

I have dry and severe itching with tiny blisters on skin here and there.i consulted a dermatologist nd was prescribd to take predmet,atarax,citrizine,and momesone oinment.also asked to wear white clothes.dr said it is a kind of allergy frm dust.i got relieved while i was taking medicine.bt nw it again started itching wen medicines stopped.wot can i do to get well permanantly?water at my home is hard water from borewell.can it be a cause of trble?

you are treated with steroids and antihistamines so your symptoms subsides on medications and recures after stoping , so you should be evaluated for cause and treat the cause ,don't take steroid it may harm you later, get skin scarp test , and route blood test and then start treatment
