What Causes Itchy Blisters And Swelling On Hands?

Hi, My hands have been itching and have little tiny bumps on them. I though I was bitten by something but i have not. This started about a week ago. Now two days ago, my right hand started swelling and now is very swollen and very tight and starting to make my wrist swollen as well. The left now this morning is doing the same thing. I started a benydryl allergy pill yesterday thinking that would help but its no better.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the symptoms are due to an allergic reaction to an agent that can into contact with your hands.

This could be plants, creams, lotions, detergents or soaps etc

You may want to review any products that you may have recently used to see if they could be the cause.

In addition to the benadryl, reducing or eliminating contact with the offending agent and the use of a topical steroid cream eg hydrocortisone.

I hope this helps
