What Causes Itchy Bites On Upper Left Arm?

I have six small red bites on my upper left arm up to my clavicle there are three bumps. Itchy They are on the same arm that I have a severe dog bite . I just finished the antibiotic . Was in ER 8 hours post dog bites . Had IV antibiotic and fluid. X-rays to make sure two bones were not broken The severe dog bite that was the worst one is still healing. It has bumps in muscle and is still bruised

Have you taken Rabies vaccination? I suggest you to take:
1. T.Cetirizine 5mg for 5 days
2. Fusibact ointment (fusidic acid) for 7 days
3. If symptoms don't subside, kindly consult your physician for further diagnosis and treatment.
