General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a yeast infection. I recommend using antifungal oral medication such as Fluconazole daily for three days.

I also recommend using an antifungal ointment such as Miconazole cream for local application. I suggest you use cotton underwear.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
