General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Itching sensation around the ribs is due to possible herpes without notable eruptions.

Fullness in the stomach is due to possible gastritis or reflux. Should run upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound to check it out.

For the moment, you should be attentive and watch what you consume.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
