Thank you for query.it appears to be fungal infection. Please wear loose inner wears. Keep are dry.clean with warm water twice daily. Apply topical clotrimazole cream twice daily. Take oral antifungal like flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 4 weeks.once subsides use candid dusting powders in thigh area to prevent recurrence.get back with photo's if does not subside.Dr Bharatesh Basti dermatologist
