What Causes Itching On Thigh, Buttocks And Groin Area?
about a month ago i started getting itchy on my upper thighs, buttocks, and groin area. shortly after, the skin on the shaft of my penis started to get dry and began peeling off. the dryness stopped relatively quickly, (within a week) but my upper thighs and butt cheeks are still unbearably itchy and the itchiness has spread to the rest of my body but it for less intense. i ve been to see the doctor and she prescribed Pramox cream. i have to have blood work done soon to see if anything will show up, but i m highly doubtful that anything will because there is no chance i have any type of STD or anything like that. what could this possibly be?!

From history it seems that there might be having fungal infection giving severe itching on the parts which are normally affected by fungal infection.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl for few days.
Apply anti-fungal lotion on the part.
Clinical examination will give exact clue.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
