What Causes Itching In The Groin Area And Shoulders?

have very itch skin areas under arms inner groin and back across shoulders itcy eyes and hot flushed skin around lower legs just above ankles get skin rashes easily and at night have a very hot condition through out the whole head. sometimes wake with a headach

Welcome to health care magic.

What you are experiencing may be because of skin infection called scabies and allergic reaction to it.
Scabies is caused by a skin mite called sarcoptes scabei transmitted by direct contact.
Visit dermatologist/physician for confirmation of diagnosis.

If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Application of 5% benzyl benzoate solution on skin below neck on day 1 then day 2 .It can be repeated again after 5-6 days.It kills the mites and their eggs on skin.
-Tablet cetrizine once a day for 3-5 days for itching.
-Wash your clothes in warm water.
-Treat other family members if they have same problem.
So I advise you to visit physician/dermatologist for proper diagnosis of scabies and taking above treatment.The doctor may ask you to get your skin smear examined.
