General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Viral fevers often present with rashes. It is possible that you have dengue. Your slightly lower than normal platelet counts and itching with fever are indicative of the same. You could visit your local doctor and undergo testing for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
