What Causes Itching At The Tip Of The Penis After Oral Sex?

Hello, I recently had unprotected sex and oral sex performed on me. A few days after I noticed an itch near the tip of my penis. It went away though my penis no longer itches. But there was one morning I woke up to discharge. And my erections seem to be weaker now.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The reason why there is itching at the tip of penis could be due to inflammation of urethra and the outer skin of the penis.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin cream over the outer region.
3. Drink good quantities of fluids and citrus fruit juices.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments to provide ventilation and avoiding friction in the region.
5. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
Maintain good personal hygiene. Gradually, your symptoms should subside and your erections should also become normal.
