General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The itching can be an allergic reaction to excessive sweating /the fabric of the undergarments you are using.

Especially so if they are very tight&you wear thick or synthetic trousers.

The answer would be using cotton (hosiery) & loose fitting undergarments & also light & thinner pant material_avoid pants &use maxi/frock to keep ventilation.

Have clean bath twice-three times a day. Use talcum powder in daytime &steroid skin ointment mixed Multifungin-H ointment to be ribbed gently before sleeping.

Consult a dermatologist in case of no response in a weeks time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
