What Causes Itching And Tingling Sensation In The Breasts?

For about a month I’ve have chronic itchy tingly feeling in both breasts. Slight discharge about 3 to 4 weeks ago and now nipples are flakey and irritated. The outside skin doesn’t have much feeling and no rash. I haven’t changed detergent or soaps. I’m not on any medication, no diet change. I have factor 5 Leiden but I don’t see anything hat would make this happen. I have a dr appointment this week but in a panic. Do you have any ideas? Thank you!
