Hi. I m 21 years old and had sex for the first time in the last month. I was sexually active previously, but never any kind of penetrative sex. I ve had sex maybe six or seven times since then, and always with a condom and proper lubrication. For quite a while, I ve had on-and-off itchiness around my vagina and perineum. I never noticed any bumps and if I left it alone, it would subside. In the last week, I have had increased itchiness, little red bumps (no white heads or clumps), and the bumpy areas hurt when I urinate. Also, yesterday after urinating there was a very small amount of blood from the bumpy areas. The bumps are pretty well contained to the perineum, but look like they may start to spread to my lower labia as I scratch the affected areas. I have never had an STI, yeast infection, or UTI.
