Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,

These features may be due to nerve compression in the neck. This would cause abnormal sensations on the skin and loss of strength of the muscles and subsequently muscle mass in your left arm.

In my practice, I would send you for an MRI of the cervical spine to ensure no nerve compression is present. If present, I would refer you to a spine surgeon to advise you on your treatment options.

All the best.
