What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation In The Rectum?

I am 67. I have redness itching and burning In the rectal and vulva area. No drainage, it bleeds if I scratch the areas. No lice or any other creatures seen or felt. I don’t go to my new primary dr until July. I am overweight and have bradycardia. My feet are swollen, redness above my ankles up to the shins. The itching is driving me crazy total historimine in 1996. NO SEX OR WITH A PARTNER SINCE 20010.

Hello and Welcome to Ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your question, and here is my advice.

Itching of gentile area most of the time it is the fungal infection, If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with, antifungal cream like Miconazole, beside this diabetes need to be ruled out, for the lower limb swelling renal and cardio-pulmonary disease needs to be ruled out too, it can be due to low hemoglobin too, you need to take care in diet (Balance diet ), and good hygiene.
