What Causes Itching All Over The Body At Night Time?
I m a 48 year old female and for the past few years I have had an issue that when I go to bed I get super itchy. It drives me nuts and disrupts my husband. We have tried to changed the sheets we use a few times to see if that would be a fix but no. I have tried lotions and different night clothes. I don t know what to do. I am on no medications and have no medical issues currently. Thought???

It can be urticaria or hives. We have to rule out other possibilities also.
As a first line management, you can take antihistamines like Cetirizine for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
