Hello and welcome to HCM,
Irritation on clitoris after having oral sex is probably due to infection transmitted during oral sex.
Is there associated discharge?
If there is presence of discharge then it needs to be examined micro biologically to look for evidence of infection. In case infectious agent is isolated from the discharge a course of antibiotics will be required.
Using barrier method of contraception will prevent transmission of the infection.

Thanks and take care
