What Causes Irritation And Stinging While Urination?

Within the last few days i used anti-bacterial soap on my penis. yesterday i noticed slight irritation and a slight sting when urinating. Is there anything I can do & should i be worried? Also I have noticed today some slight discharge.

* My guidelines for better recovery

- drink more liquids
- prescription of antibiotic with your doc
- anti-inflammatory medicine as Ibuprofen (400 mg) 3 times a day after meals
- avoid sexual intercourse (if active).
