What Causes Irritation And Pain In Penis While Urinating?

My penis hole is irritating me really bad and it is red. It burns really bad when i pee and when it touches anything incliding my underwear it hurts and its been having some discharge. It started yesterday when i put boxers on and its still there today when i put on different underwear. Whats going on?

I understand your concern.
It seems like you are having an urinary tract infection or UTI. That's why you are having burning micturition and penile discharge. Do the following-

Maintain genital cleanliness.
Avoid sexual contact till the infection subsides.
Take tab levofloxacin 500 thrice daily for 7 days.
Take urine alkaliniser syrup twice daily for 7 days.
Get a pus or discharge culture done.
Get a complete hemogram done.
Take tab paracetamol 500 if there is much pain.

Get back to me with the reports.
