What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy Inspite Of Taking Hucog And Duphaston?

My wife had a still birth baby on 8th month. Later she had a missed abortion on 13 th week. Now again she is pregnant of 11 weeks . she is spotting occasionally . 2 days ago the fetus was found healthy with 168 pulse rate. She has again spotting . Dr has suggested hucog 5000hp twice a week besides taking duphaston 10 mg twice or thrice a day. She has been taking duphaston since 4th week. Is everything going right?

I understand your concern
In your case all I want to suggest is that kindly stop panicking and ask your wife to do immediate bed rest. Instead of duphaston you can start having susten 200mg once orally along with one capsule of susten 200 mg kept vaginally. Consult your gynaecologist immediately and follow her instruction and also do consult about taking susten as it is much more effective in treating spotting.
Need of an hour is urgent bed rest and once bleeding stops get an ultrasound done.
don't worry stay positive and consult your gynaecologist.
