What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding After Having Non Penetrative Sex?

Hi, I m almost 100% sure I m not pregnant but I want an opinion. 5 weeks ago I was with a guy. We didn t have sex, but he came when we were both naked and I wasn t very careful cleaning up. For all I know something might have gotten where it shouldn t. But anyways, I had my period two weeks later and I can t currently remember if it was only a day or two, or more. Then just a few days ago I had super light spotting for a few hours and then nothing. I m waiting to get my period as it usually comes around now. A few days ago I got really nauseous at 3 am. Didn t vomit, but my stomach and abdomen were in pain and I wanted to puke. Last night at 5 same thing. I d feel just kinda sick, and five minutes be 100% certain I was going to puke (I never did), and five minutes after that be almost fine again. If it isn t pregnancy, any ideas as to what else it might be? Thanks!

Menstruation two later after having sexual contact rules out pregnancy.
Feeling nauseated and abdominal pain could be due to pre-menstrual syndrome.
Since, this is the time when you usually get menstrual cycles, there is a strong possibility of pre-menstrual syndrome.
Irregularities are common in healthy menstruating women so do not worry and wait for the menstrual cycles to come.
If the symptoms are very troublesome, you can consult your primary healthcare provider for symptomatic treatment.
