Hi my name is keyonna. Last month I got my period a couple days late. I stayed on 2 extra days. The first 4 days were very light pink but I would only see it when I whipe. The last 4 was a dark brown color. THIS month is doing the same. I started yesterday and only see light pink when I whipe. I don t know what is it or what to think, and I need advice please.

Hi Keyonna,
I do not think you should be worried for a little spotting you are getting a couple of days just prior to your menses. This indicates that your hormones were coming down rather slowly.
If this continues for a prolonged period or comes in way of your conception, you may seek for the Gynaecologist's advice.
If this is bothering you too mush, you may take birth control pills for few months. There are different types of birth control pills. Take only with your Gynaecologist's advice.
I hope I have answered your query. If you feel, you can ask me more directly also.
I find this answer helpful
