Hi,

Don't worry all heart problems may won't lead to heart problems but we have to confirm it by consulting your Cardiologist.

Possible causes like anxiety neurosis or panic attacks or excessive caffeine intake or fever or arrhythmia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid caffeinated drinks, avoid smoking and alcohol intake. Please consult your Cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
