What Causes Irregular Periods?


Q : im 18 years old and have allways had a messed up periods, but lately if i need the toilet for a wee i have to go there and then or it will come out unexpected now its got to a point were bits of wee just dribble out anytime what to you surgest i do?"

Hi,

I think you are having urge incontinence. First thing you need to do is a urine microscopy and culture to rule out any urine infection which is a common cause of such problems. In addition you need to see a gynecologist / your gynecologist or a urologist in your area for a formal check up and investigation to find out the cause and to get treatment accordingly.
