What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hello l am 24 year old . last year I got married and I conceived soon but that was a miscarriage. my gync operated me through DNE . it happed 1 year ago and now m unable to conceive. Also my periods are late every month . doctor has suggested me to take ubiphene 50 once in a day . I want to know if its any serious problem ?

You are trying for conception but not getting pregnancy , this is NOT a serious problem , there may be so many causes , so need not to worry . As you stated that due to miscarriage you got D&C and now menstrual cycle is delayed .
Your gynecologist advised you to take clomifene ( ubiphene ) 50 mg , this is for stimulation for ovulation and this medicine is advised for anovulatory infertility .
Your gynec advised a right medicine , so take this tablet and this should be started on day 5th, 6th 7th 8th and 9th day of menstrual cycle .
Usually ovulation occurs on day 14th 15th of menses .
This tablet will stimulate ovarian follicle ( for ovulation ) , and you will ovulate on day 14th 15th and sex on that day , you will get pregnancy.
