What Causes Irregular Periods?
hello doctor, im married since 10 months and planning for baby.. but my periods started getting irregular since after 3 months post marriage and gets delayed upto even 10 days. It was regular befor marriage. Can u tel ,the symptoms of misscarriage too

If you are planning for a baby, it is essential that you have regular ovulation and regular periods. If your cycle span has elongated and you are having 40-day cycles, then it is not a problem to conceive. Ovulation occurs two weeks before the onset of the next period and you can plan intercourse during this fertile period for best results. Miscarriage has different symptoms based on the cause, but essentially, is almost always associated with pain, bleeding with or without passage of clots and products of conception. Hope this helps.
