What Causes Irregular Periods With Severe Pain In Back Radiating To Waist And Lower Abdomen?

hey doctor. .I have been missing my periods for the last 3 months and now they decided to come out n im experiencing the most severe pains from my back going down the waist and my lower abdominal part. .I took neurofen. Cifran n pain blocks but pains are still there

It would have been better ,if you have mentioned your age , menstruation status .
You mentioned that there is amenorrhea ( no bleeding ) for 3 months , but why ?
Amenorrhea may be due to these reasons :
1 Pregnancy
2 Hormonal imbalance
3 Uterine disease .
You are also having pain radiating to back and also in the lower part of abdomen, such pain may be due to these possibilities ,these include:
1 Ectopic pregnancy .
2 Menopausal syndrome , if your age is around 55 years .
3 Salpingitis ( infection of tubes ).
So in my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion as complete history of illness and physical examination is important.
