What Causes Irregular Periods And Fatigue Long After Left Lung Lobectomy?

hi I have irregular periods for quite some time now,for about 3 weeks out of the month I have symptoms such as spotting a week before I actually menstruate and then I have them bad for 2 days and then they are gone. in between this I suffer from extreme tireness and cramps just feel unwell and anxious and depressed aswell, it had affected my normal life such as work ect. I just never feel well. I had a lower left lung lobectomy 2 years ago which still plays up also and I have a horeshoe kidney. i just feel so unwell all the time.

I really appreciate your concern, irregular menses is always due to hormone changes and it may be age related too, if this is the anxiety and depression then it may looks more trouble some, it may requires hormone therapy but for this better to see the gynecologist, else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
