What Causes Irregular Periods And Brown Discharge With Clots While On Duphaston?

I had an IVI done on 27th September after a HCG shot and since my cycle is only of 25-26 days I was expecting to have my period on 11th of October. I was on Duphaston 10mg for 10 days after the process. My period was delayed by a day and all I got was a brown discharge with clots that lasted for only 2 days. Is this some kind of infertility? Please advise.
